Last month, Noctis Magazine invited Vicky to take part in The Garment Streak, a slow fashion challenge to showcase the versatility of one’s own wardrobe. Vicky accepted the challenge, and opens up about when she first became conscious of the connection between fast fashion, climate change and unethical practises within the fashion industry.

Artist and performer, Vicky Pasion, recently kicked off this season’s live performances during an artist showcase event at the Omnibus Theatre in Clapham, London.

Vicky Pasion is highlighted as having ‘A Seat at the Table’ (2021), a recent diversity and inclusion report by Women in CTRL and PPL UK. Inspired by UN Women UK’s open letter to the music industry, Vicky also opens up about her experiences, urging us all to help to make safer spaces now for women, girls and marginalised people.

To celebrate South Asian Heritage Month, we held a virtual safe space to uproot the stories of our heritage. Led by Vicky Pasion, in partnership with Pardesi and Juice Magazine, we slowed down to celebrate our roots, whilst holding space for uncomfortable conversations around our personal experiences.

GIFTED produced a virtual series, in partnership with Woman to Woman, inviting experts to host a workshop on dating post-lockdown, navigating loss, sharing a yoga practise during a solar eclipse and exploring astronomy to help to ground and guide our creativity.

GIFTED was commissioned by Autograph ABP to curate a live streamed open conversation between Black men of multiple generations and backgrounds, discussing their experiences of education and mental health, their hopes and ambitions.
